    Wash the rice. Then add the bulgur in a bowl, add boiling water until it slightly exceeds it and wait for 20 minutes. Then draw the water.
    Cut the potato and carrot into cubes.

    Let's start preparing the meatballs. Grate the onion.
    Put the minced meat, grated onion, fine bulgur with rice, egg white, salt and spices in a bowl and knead well. Then let's make meatballs.
    Add 3 tablespoons of flour into the tray. Let's throw the meatballs we made into it and flour the meatballs by shaking them.

    Put the oil in the pot and turn on the stove. Add the carrots and roast for 1-2 minutes. Then add the potatoes and roast for 1-2 more minutes. Then add hot water. After the water starts to boil, add the meatballs slowly and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

    While the meatballs are cooking, let's prepare the marinade.
    In a bowl, add the egg yolk, lemon juice and yogurt and whisk until smooth. Add two ladles of the cooking water to the marinade and mix.
    Then add the marinade slowly into the food. Let's not forget to stir while adding.

    After adding it, add salt and black pepper.
    After boiling for another 2-3 minutes, remove it from the stove.
    Let it rest for 15-20 minutes and then we can serve it.
